This Subscription Agreement applies to all subscription services provided by Roumov. Roumov is an AI-powered creative tool that generates dynamic videos from static photos. Users can upload portraits, scenery, or daily photos to create vivid dynamic video works. Using advanced AI technology, it turns still images into smooth, vivid short videos without professional editing skills. With multiple high-quality templates and easy operation, users can create stylish short videos effortlessly. Supports HD video export and one-click social sharing, perfect for daily creation and social media content. Roumov does not require any account login, exclusively uses self-developed Roumov AI services without relying on any third-party technical services, and never transmits any user data or user-generated content to any third-party platforms or service providers. Roumov fully protects user privacy and strictly never collects, scans, analyzes, or stores any user facial information, facial biometric data, selfies, or any form of personal biometric identifiers . By purchasing and using any Roumov subscription service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Subscription Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms herein, you are not permitted to purchase or use any subscription service provided by Roumov.
Roumov subscription services are exclusively available for users aged eighteen years or older . Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their applicable region are allowed to purchase and activate subscription plans. Minors are prohibited from purchasing and using any subscription services. We do not collect any information from minors and will refuse subscription qualification for any user confirmed to be under the required age. All behaviors of purchasing and using subscription services shall be confirmed and guaranteed by users themselves, and users shall independently bear all corresponding responsibilities.
Roumov provides three types of optional recurring subscription plans for users to choose from. All subscription plans are auto-renewable and will automatically renew at the end of each current term unless users actively cancel the subscription in advance. The specific subscription fee corresponding to each plan will be displayed clearly within Roumov at the time of purchase. All subscription fees are subject to adjustment based on product operation and service optimization. Any fee adjustment will take effect starting from the next renewal cycle and will not affect the subscription rights and interests of the current valid term. All subscription transactions are completed through official app store payment channels. Roumov does not collect or store any user payment information, and never transmits any payment-related data to any third-party services or platforms .
Users who successfully purchase any valid Roumov subscription plan can obtain exclusive subscription benefits during the valid subscription term. All subscription plans include the same three core benefits, with no additional hidden rights or functional unlock contents. The exclusive subscription benefits are confirmed as follows:
All subscription benefit services are implemented based on Roumov self-developed AI and local service logic, without any third-party service participation. All data generated during the use of subscription benefits is stored only on the user's local device, and no data will be uploaded or transmitted to any third-party platforms . Users can normally use all exclusive benefits throughout the entire valid subscription term. After the subscription expires or is canceled, users will no longer continue to enjoy exclusive subscription benefits, but locally saved creations and unused gift coins will be retained on the user's device.
The subscription term takes effect immediately after the user completes the payment successfully. Users can obtain and use all exclusive subscription benefits from the effective date until the expiration of the current subscription term. All subscription plans adopt an automatic renewal mechanism. The system will automatically deduct fees and renew the subscription at the end of each term unless users complete the cancellation operation at least twenty-four hours before the expiration of the current term.
Users can check the current subscription status, remaining term and renewal time in the application setting page or the official app store subscription management page. We will send renewal reminder notifications in advance before each renewal node. All subscription status data and reminder data are processed and stored locally, and we will not synchronize or transmit any subscription-related data to third-party services .
Users have the right to cancel the automatic renewal service of the current subscription at any time. Cancellation operations can be completed through the subscription management entrance in the official app store or the corresponding setting function inside Roumov. After successful cancellation, the automatic renewal function will be closed, and the current subscription service will remain valid until the end of the current term. Users can still enjoy all exclusive subscription benefits normally during the remaining valid term.
No partial refund will be provided for the unused time of the current subscription term after cancellation. Canceling the subscription will not affect the user's local saved creations and unused gift coin assets. The whole cancellation process does not involve any data transmission, and all subscription change records are only stored locally on the user's device .
Users can apply for a full refund if they cancel their subscription within seven calendar days from the official activation date of the subscription. All refund applications will be verified and processed in accordance with official app store rules. The refund amount will be returned to the original payment method within five to seven business days after the refund application is approved.
No refund application will be accepted after the seven-day valid refund period. Users who do not apply for a refund within the specified period can continue to use all subscription benefits until the current subscription term expires. We do not provide refunds for expired subscriptions, voluntarily abandoned subscription rights, or subscriptions terminated due to user violation of usage specifications.
The privacy protection commitments of Roumov fully apply to all subscribed users. All subscription service functions rely entirely on self-developed Roumov AI services and local operation logic, without invoking any third-party technical services or data processing tools, and never send any user subscription data, creative content and usage records to any third-party institutions .
We strictly do not collect any facial information, biometric data, personal identity information, device data and subscription usage records of subscribed users . The activation, use and cancellation of subscription services are all completed anonymously. All subscription-related data, including subscription type, valid term, gift coin balance and saved creation content, are only stored in the user's local device space. We have no ability or right to obtain, back up or view any user subscription private data.
All subscription benefit usage behaviors are processed locally on the user's device. The system will not record user benefit usage frequency, gallery saving records and coin usage records, and will not conduct any user behavior analysis and data statistics. The privacy security of subscribed users is fully protected throughout the whole process.
Subscribed users shall abide by all usage specifications of Roumov User Agreement during the use of subscription benefits. Users are prohibited from using subscription exclusive rights for commercial resale, unauthorized sharing, illegal profit and other improper behaviors. Users are prohibited from cracking, modifying and interfering with the subscription service logic, and are prohibited from using third-party tools to obtain subscription benefits in an unauthorized manner.
If the user violates the usage specifications and relevant provisions, we reserve the right to terminate the user's subscription qualification in advance, suspend all exclusive subscription benefits, and refuse subsequent subscription services. All penalty operations are based on local service judgment, and no user private data will be transmitted to any third party during the process .
We reserve the right to optimize and adjust subscription service content and service rules according to product iteration and operation needs. Service adjustments include plan fee optimization, gift coin quantity adjustment and service experience optimization. Any service adjustment will not reduce the three core subscription benefits enjoyed by users during the valid subscription term.
All subscription service updates and adjustments will not change our core privacy protection commitments. We will always adhere to the use of self-developed AI services, no third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user facial and biometric information .
