Using advanced AI technology, it turns still images into smooth, vivid short videos without professional editing skills. With multiple high-quality templates and easy operation, users can create stylish short videos effortlessly. Supports HD video export and one-click social sharing, perfect for daily creation and social media content. Roumov does not require any account login, exclusively uses self-developed Roumov AI services without relying on any third-party technical services, and never transmits any user data or user-generated content to any third-party platforms or service providers. Roumov fully protects user privacy and strictly never collects, scans, analyzes, or stores any user facial information, facial biometric data, selfies, or any form of personal biometric identifiers . By downloading, installing, opening, and using all functions of Roumov, you fully confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you shall immediately stop using the application and all its related functions.
Roumov is available exclusively for users aged eighteen years or older . All users who use the application must reach the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. You confirm and guarantee that you meet the age requirement every time you use Roumov. This application is strictly prohibited for minors, and we do not allow any minor to access or use our creative tools and AI generation functions. We do not collect any information from minors, and if we identify that the usage behavior comes from a minor user, we reserve the right to permanently restrict or terminate device access to Roumov. All age verification responsibilities lie entirely with users, and users shall bear all consequences caused by false age confirmation.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable personal license to download, install, and use Roumov on your personal mobile device for daily personal and non-commercial creative purposes only. This license does not include any right of ownership over Roumov and all its internal resources. All intellectual property rights of Roumov, including but not limited to self-developed AI algorithms, dynamic rendering technology, built-in template resources, software code, visual design, and functional logic, are exclusively owned by the Roumov technical team.
You agree not to conduct any unauthorized commercial use, secondary development, reverse engineering, cracking, modification, duplication, dissemination, or leasing behaviors on Roumov and its internal technical resources. You shall not tamper with, intercept, or modify the operation logic of the application, nor use any plug-ins, auxiliary tools, or malicious programs to interfere with the normal operation of Roumov. Roumov operates entirely based on self-developed AI services without any third-party technical assistance, and any unauthorized modification or cracking behavior will directly violate the scope of permitted usage rights .
Roumov provides users with local photo uploading, AI dynamic video generation, high-definition video export, and one-click social sharing functions. All core creative processes are completed locally on your personal device. All image analysis, dynamic rendering, light and shadow optimization, and video synthesis processes are independently completed by Roumov self-developed AI services, without invoking any third-party algorithms or external computing resources, and no user data will be transmitted to any third-party platforms .
You have the right to freely use all creative functions of the application to generate exclusive dynamic video works through intelligent AI rendering. You are solely responsible for all your operation behaviors and generated content during the use of the application. You shall use Roumov in a standardized, legal, and appropriate manner, and shall not use the application for any improper or illegal purposes.
Roumov strictly does not collect any facial information, biometric data, portrait feature analysis data, or selfie information of users during all usage processes . Even if you upload portrait photos for dynamic creation, our AI only processes the overall picture effect and dynamic conversion of the image, and never extracts, identifies, stores, or analyzes any personal facial biometric features, fully protecting your personal privacy and biological information security.
In order to maintain a safe and standardized usage environment, all users must abide by unified content specifications and usage rules. You are strictly prohibited from using Roumov to upload, generate, edit, save, export, or share any illegal, obscene, vulgar, violent, bloody, dangerous, and inappropriate content.
Prohibited content specifically includes but is not limited to pornographic and sexually suggestive content, violent injury and bloody scene content, terrorist and dangerous behavior content, content that violates public order and good customs, content that infringes the portrait rights, privacy rights, and intellectual property rights of any third party, false malicious content, and misleading public information content. You are not allowed to use the application to create any content that may cause adverse social impact or violate relevant regulations.
You are also prohibited from using Roumov for commercial marketing, paid creation, illegal profit, and other commercial unauthorized behaviors, as well as any network attack, data theft, technical interference, and other behaviors that damage the normal operation of the application. Although Roumov does not actively monitor user private creative content based on the principle of privacy protection and does not upload any user data to third parties , we have the right to terminate your usage qualification and restrict your device access permanently if any prohibited behavior is confirmed.
All static photos uploaded by users and all dynamic video works generated by users through Roumov's AI functions are fully owned by the users themselves. Roumov does not obtain any ownership, usage right, dissemination right, or commercial authorization right of your creative content. We never use your uploaded photos and generated videos for algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display, or any other purposes, and never send your creative content to any third-party institutions or platforms .
You have full independent control over all local creative content. You can save, export, edit, share, or delete your works at any time through the application's built-in functions. All content saving and processing behaviors are completed locally on your device, and we have no right to view, obtain, or manage your private creative content. The one-click social sharing function provided by the application is an independent operation initiated by you actively. After you share content to third-party social platforms, the privacy rules and content management specifications of the corresponding platforms shall apply, and we will not participate in any data collection and processing behaviors.
Privacy protection is the core service principle of Roumov. The entire operation and creative process of the application relies on self-developed AI services, without any third-party service participation, and all user data and creative content will never be transmitted to any third-party parties . The application does not require any account registration and login, and all usage behaviors are completely anonymous, ensuring that your creative behaviors and personal preferences cannot be associated with any personal identity information.
We strictly implement a zero-collection policy for user facial information, biometric data, personal identity information, device information, network data, usage logs, and payment information . All data generated during user usage is only stored locally on the user's device, and all temporary cache files generated during AI rendering will be automatically cleared after the task is completed. We will not back up, synchronize, or upload any user local data through any network channels.
All privacy protection commitments are permanently valid and will not be changed due to function iteration or service update. We will always ensure that all AI processing behaviors are localized and independent, completely isolate third-party data access risks, and fully protect user privacy security in all usage scenarios.
Roumov provides creative generation functions based on independent self-developed AI technology, and all service contents are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We ensure the normal operation of core functions, but do not guarantee that the application will be completely error-free, uninterrupted, or fully in line with user subjective expectations. The video generation effect is affected by original photo quality, parameter settings, and user operation habits, and we do not bear any responsibility for the difference between the generation effect and user expectations.
We are not responsible for any adverse consequences caused by users' improper operation, prohibited creation, unauthorized commercial use, or violation of usage specifications. All illegal and inappropriate content created by users and all disputes arising from content infringement shall be independently borne by users. We will always adhere to the core rules of self-developed AI services, no third-party data transmission, and zero collection of user privacy information, and the privacy protection mechanism will not be affected by service disclaimers .
